These terms govern your use of TapReport. By creating an account, you agree to them. TapReport is currently a free, early-stage (beta) product — these terms may be updated as the product matures.
The service
TapReport lets HVAC field technicians fill out a job report and generate a branded PDF to share with customers. The service is provided free of charge during the current beta period, with no paid tier.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into reports and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these terms to use TapReport.
Your content
You own the reports, photos, and other content you create in TapReport. You're solely responsible for the accuracy of any service report you generate and share with a customer — TapReport is a tool for producing and formatting reports, not a substitute for your own professional judgment or licensing obligations.
Acceptable use
Don't use TapReport to store or generate content that's illegal, fraudulent, or that misrepresents work that wasn't actually performed. Don't attempt to access another user's account or data.
Availability and changes
TapReport is under active development. Features may change, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability during beta. We'll do our best to give notice of any change that affects your saved data.
No warranty
TapReport is provided "as is" during this beta period, without warranties of any kind. Always verify report content before sending it to a customer.
